The new vegan Sofritas filling offering at Chipotle has been getting mostly positive reviews. Even meat eaters have found themselves enjoying the meat-free option stuffed inside their burrito, taco or salad at the chain.
Sofritas are made from Hodo Soy, a non-GMO soy.
