Glittering bottles, a baby grand, black and white tiles and undeniable glamour await diners and drinking inside The Commodore. The room appears untouched by the hand of time, save for a few important modern touches. Those glittering bottles will mostly be locally distilled spirits. Chef Chris Gerster will take inspiration from the era the bar was built for a menu that serves diners of the moment.
