Alma Bakery Pop Up Makes Glorious Holiday Return

The wildly popular pop up inside the forthcoming Cafe Alma space will return one more time to close out 2015. Next door to Restaurant Alma, the bakery will sell a selection of goodies from 3:00 - 7:00 p.m. Wednesday December 23. On the menu will be candies, pastries, bread, plus holiday appropriate cookies and fruitcakes. There will also be mulled wine and hot chocolate for sipping.

Cafe Alma is the much anticipated new project from James Beard Award winning chef Alex Roberts. Roberts also owns and operates Restaurant Alma and both Brasa locations. Alma has aquired the space next door to the restaurant, which used to be a coffee shop. The team is in the process of converting the space for a small cafe and adding boutique hotel rooms above. The cafe continues to move forward and fingers are crossed for more news on an opening date soon.
