The Herbivorous Butcher Announces Opening Date, Celebrates With Nation Wide Shipping

The vegan butcher shop will open this January.

The highly anticipated all vegan butcher shop from brother/sister power team Kale and Aubry Walch will open January 23 at 507 1st Avenue NE in Minneapolis. (The shop is located nearly next door to Red Stage Supperclub.) By their estimation, this will be the very first vegan butcher shop in the United States.

But wait - there's more! As a celebration leading up to the launch, the shop has a limited number of orders available that can be shipped nationwide.
