A Look Inside Red Cow North Loop: Opening Tomorrow

The third burger outpost from owner Luke Shimp is ready to open in its buzziest location yet.

Red Cow fans who have fallen for the gourmet burgers inside the Edina and Cathedral Hill locations will find just as much to love in the new downtown Minneapolis spot. Burgers cooked perfectly to order? Check. Locally sourced, obsessively crafted French fries? Check. What has been added includes craft cocktails from Ian Lowther, who was shaking impressive drinks at Solera and for Far North Distillery before this job.

The restaurant space is located across 1st Avenue North from Whole Foods. It's still walking distance to Target Field in warmer months, when the patio will be open for business. Parking is at a premium, with nearby lots costing $5 and $6 after 5 p.m. There isn't much for meter space and no valet.

Red Cow North Loop will open for business at 11a.m. tomorrow, Tuesday February 10. Regular hours will be 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 1 a.m. Saturday and Sunday. Brunch menu will be served from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
