Saint Dinette Hosts Final Pop Up Before Opening at Corner Table

This event teams St. Paul with Minneapolis. That, folks, is what we call eatery synergy.

Tim Niver, J.D. Fratzke and crew are crossing the river for an exclusive event that has just a few tickets remaining. As they, along with front of house goddess Laurel Elm and chef Adam Eaton have prepared to open Saint Dinette in the Rayette lofts in St. Paul's Lowertown neighborhood, they have hosted several pop-up dinners inside their flagship restaurant Strip Club Meat & Fish. For the final event, the team is taking to Corner Table, the hot spot owned by Nick Rancone and chef Thomas Boemer off 46th and Nicollet in Minneapolis.

Who knew St. Paulites could even find Minneapolis? Usually, we aren't allowed to cross the river.

A few tickets a remain for the April 19th dinner which will be held from 6:30 to 10:30 p.m. It's not the cheapest tasting menu in town at $100 per guest, but how often do two rock star restaurants in the Twin Cities dining scene team up? Also, the cost does include tax and gratuity. To watch these wonder twins activate, purchase your ticket here.
