The tiger striped truck is moving to the Shady Oak Retail Center in Eden Prairie to set up shop as the Gogi Bros. House. The new restaurant location will serve the bulgogi they have built a reputation upon as well as allow them to expand the menu. The Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal reports that the space will also have a beer and wine license allowing the bros to add sochu to the list of offerings as well. Construction is underway and they expect to open later this spring.
