Eastside Coming Soon from Ryan Burnet With Chef Remy Pettus

The restaurateur from Bar La Grassa, Barrio and Burch will open the new spot in Minneapolis.

Sample menu items include roasted half chicken, calamari a la plancha,  and wood roasted carrot salad with a target entree price in the $20 range.

The chef Remmy Pettus has cooked locally at Cosmos and also spent time in the kitchens of Charlie Palmer’s Dry Creek Kitchen in Healdsburg, California and Moto Restaurant in Chicago, Illinois.

The restaurant is taking shape inside the Latitude 45 Building at the corner of South 3rd Street and Washington Avenue, in the Downtown East neighborhood. It is expected to open in August.
