Spoon and Stable, the headline grabbing restaurant from Gavin Kaysen will soon have a new general manager. Bill Summerville, who joined the team after leaving a part-ownership and long-time post at the front of the house at La Belle Vie will step away from the restaurant industry. Rick Nelson of the Star Tribune reports that Summerville will depart for a position with New France Wine Company.
Ian Szymczak who had worked with Isaac Becker and Nancy St. Pierre at 112 Eatery will step into the post.
Summerville's final day will be April 25.
