Saint Dinette Teases May Opening in Lowertown

The wait is nearly over for the second restaurant from the team behind the Strip Club Meat & Fish.

Last night marked the final pop-up for much-anticipated Saint Dinette, the upcoming restaurant from The Strip Club team. Diners met up at Minneapolis restaurant, Corner Table, to get a yet another taste of the future restaurant's offerings. Executive Chef JD Fratzke and Chef de Cuisine Adam Eaton's menu included items such as foie gras brioche with apricot and pistachio, beef ceviche with jicama and pickled chiles, and barbecue and dill pickled flavored chicharrones. Also, making its debut was the new Saint Dinette logo seen on the menu and on t-shirts worn by staff.

Meanwhile, the Lowertown spot is moving right along with its renovations. Niver mentioned to diners that the 80-seat restaurant, located in the Rayette Lofts overlooking the St. Paul Farmer's Market, is moving toward a mid- to late-May opening.
