Dumpling, a local catering team and farmer's market darling, will hold a pop up dinner at Mon Petit Cheri Bakery on May 1st from 8 to 11 p.m. Dumpling will serve right-on-trend ramen, panned fried gyoza, bánh mì sandwiches and more.
Dumpling was launched by Bunbob Chhun and James Munson, selling bánh mì’s to local coffee shops. In 2014 the two friends started serving their hand folded gyoza at farmer's markets and soon gained an enthusiastic following. Dumpling hopes to open a bricks and mortar spot in late 2015.
