HauteDish Becoming HauteQue Soulhut Pop-Up June 1-6

The BBQ pop up is back with an added 5-year anniversary celebration event.

North Loop restaurant HauteDish—known for chef Landon Schoenefeld's sophisticated takes on Midwest classics—will be turning itself into a BBQ pop-up from June 1 to June 6.

According to HauteDish's Facebook Page, the restaurant will once again be renaming itself as HauteQue Soulhut for five days, changing the entire menu to offer items including St. Louis ribs, beef brisket, fried chicken, atomic wings, and so much more. Expect to see some limited edition beers from O'Dell and Schell's, too. If this all sounds familiar, it's because the Soulhut pop-up was held last year with chef Erik Anderson as a special guest.

The BBQ pop-up kicks off in the days following HauteDish's 5-year anniversary party which takes place on Sunday, May 31. The anniversary party begins at 2pm, after regular brunch service, and promises food from food truck Peeps Hotbox, sausages, brats, live music, and a beer truck.

Reservations for the Soulhut pop-up are currently available online or by calling the restaurant (612.338.8484).
