The highly-anticipated upstairs restaurant at Surly's destination brewery has revealed its name and has given an opening date. The "finer dining" restaurant from Executive Chef Jorge Guzman is called Brewer's Table and is now taking reservations for its opening night, Friday, May 22nd, according to Surly's website.
Although the menu has yet to be posted, it will offer a mixture of individual and shareable plates, both familiar and adventurous dishes, and will use ingredients from local or well-sourced farms. Guzman and team have also come up with a feature called "beer and a bump" where both the dish and a Surly beer pairing will be left up to the kitchen making it a surprise to the diner.
The 85-seat restaurant opens Friday, May 22nd for dinner service and its hours are Wednesday and Thursday from 5 to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday 5 to 11 p.m.
