The event will include tastings from over 20 restaurants such as Le Town Talk, Pazzaluna, and Parma 8200, as well as beer, wine and liquor from Summit Brewing, Chankaska Creek Ranch and Winery, 11 Wells and more.

Cocktails at the Castle: Dynamite Night

The American Swedish Institute will host Cocktails at the Castle at the historic Turnblad Mansion. The event will showcase their latest exhibition Nobel Creations and will include music, a fashion show, nibbles and specialty cocktails by FIKA, a campus-wide scavenger hunt for prizes, bonfires and s’mores, fire dancers, and even science experiments. Now there is a combination you don’t see every day. Guests are invited to dress up for the ritzy ball or dress down with the creative genius of a Nobel Laureate. We are not sure what that means, but it sure sounds like a blast!
