Eastside, the upcoming project from local restaurateur Ryan Burnet, has announced the team of talent for the new Minneapolis restaurant. According to a press release, the team includes Dan Oskey of Tattersall Distilling who will develop Eastide's bar program, Amaya Fairbanks of Bar La Grassa to curate the restaurant's wine menu, and Jennifer Nye of Bario Lowertown as General Manager. The team will join Executive Chef Remy Pettus who has cooked locally at Cosmos and spent time in the kitchens of Charlie Palmer’s Dry Creek Kitchen in Healdsburg, California and Moto Restaurant in Chicago, Illinois.
The restaurant is located on the ground level of the Latitude 45 Building at the corner of South 3rd Street and Washington Avenue, in the Downtown East neighborhood. An August opening date is expected.
