When Bradstreet Craftshouse first opened inside a sleek downtown hotel, the craft cocktail scene in the Twin Cities was only just beginning. Soon drinkers were demanding spherical ice like those found inside this seductively lit bar. The staff has included bartenders who have gone on to mixing up great things at all the top restaurants like Parlour, Spoon and Stable, La Belle Vie and Marvel Bar.
Time marches on and things change. The hotel was sold and imbibers grew accostumed to cleverly built cocktails. Bradstreet has evolved with the times. Moving in where Rye Delicatessen once stood (and before that Auriga) at 1930 Hennepin Avenue in Minneapolis, the bar is once again open. The food menu has expanded, but the commitment to quality cocktails remains the same.
Open 3:30 p.m. to 2 a.m. daily with a brunch service coming soon.
