In honor of Acheson's newest cookbook, The Broad Fork, his friend Gavin Kaysen will be hosting a dinner on July 22nd beginning at 6:30 p.m. inside his North Loop eatery. The dinner includes a copy of the book, wine pairings and five courses for $165 per person or $300 per couple. The dishes for the evening were inspired by Acheson's new book, which "celebrates moving fruits and vegetables a little closer to the middle of the plate."
