Tim Niver and J.D. Fratzke have been teasing our taste buds for ages with the promise of their second restaurant endeavor and finally - finally - all that hard work has paid off. The menu is set, the bar has been stocked and at 5 p.m. tonight, the doors at Saint Dinette open to the public.
Last night, the Pioneer Press' food critic Jess Fleming was given a preview taste last night and according to her Twitter feed, she feasted on a marlin enchilada, gnocchi, and trout rillette. We've also, already, been hearing rapturous praises regarding a burger served alongside old-school crinkle fries.
Adam Eaton is behind the burners while the multi-talented and gracious Laurel Elm will run the front of house.
