Now officially open in St. Paul's Lowertown, Saint Dinette has a focus on dishes from Montreal to Mexico and a chic interior. The second restaurant from The Strip Club Meat & Fish's Tim Niver and JD Fratzke is complete with high ceilings, a stained wood bar, Eames-style chairs, and views over looking the St. Paul's Farmer's Market. An open kitchen allows for diners to get a glimpse of Fratzke, chef de cuisine Adam Eaton, and the rest of the team at work serving up cheeseburgers, dirty rice, fried smelt, and foie blintzes.
