Sarah Master's Mr. Roberts Resort Restaurant Officially Open Today

According to both the restaurant's website and Chef Sarah Master's Facebook page, Mr. Roberts Restaurant officially opened today at 8 a.m. on the shores of Swan Lake in northern Minnesota. Last March, the chef who appeared on ABC's The Taste announce that she'd be leaving her long-time position at Cafe Barbette in Minneapolis to return to her Iron Rage roots.

As far as the food offerings go, a hand-written menu appears on the website giving a possible idea of what diners can expect at the 90-seat modern supper cub. Items include venison stroganoff, a PBR corned beef ruben, and kimchi shrimp cocktail. There also appears to be a nightly special option called "Chef's Surprise" where the diner won't know what the meal is until it comes out of the kitchen.

Mr. Roberts Restaurant is currently taking reservations and will be open year-round.
