Brut Has a Home

Food & Wine Best New Chefs and Sea Change alumns Jamie Malone and Erik Anderson are getting closer to seeing their joint project Brut come to fruition.

It's not like Jamie Malone or Erik Anderson have been looking to take up some new hobbies. While awaiting confirmation on the space they were eyeing for their modern American/French-influenced restaurant, Brut, the duo have been hard at work on other projects. Anderson took at turn at Chicago's Intro. Both chefs have been hard at work on the soon-to-open Scena, but soon the duo will move onto the project that has the national food press tracking their every move.

Today, Mpls. /St. Paul Magazine's Dara Moskowitz Grumdahl confirms that Brut will move into the space recently vacated by Sapor in the North Loop. Anderson remains mum on the details, but shares a spring 2016 opening remains the target. Let the Brut construction watch begin!
