Antonio Tettamanzi, chef and owner of La Grolla who also operates the restaurant at Prestwick Golf Course, has partnered with La Grolla chef Luca Taretto to open 1.2.3. Pasta in Inver Grove Heights. The concept, casual Italian comfort food, is right on trend in the Twin Cities. The idea behind the name is the actual dining process: 1- order your choice of fresh pasta, 2- choose a sauce, and 3- choose a protein or veggies.

Have a seat and your piping hot pasta (or pizza, or salad) will be brought to your table. You can also order the uncooked pasta and sauce as take-out and cook it later at home. There will be beer and wine, of course, because what’s an Italian meal without a glass of red?

The team behind 1.2.3 Pasta is just days away from beginning the build-out of the space and hope for a March opening.
