The iconic Canadian roaster is bringing its coffee and donut empire to the Mall of America in November. Now lovers of this popular family-friendly chain don’t have to venture far from home for one of Tim Horton’s classic breakfast sandwiches and cup of joe, or whatever a Timbit is.
“We are thrilled to be a part of the Minneapolis community, bringing Tim Hortons signature coffee blends, baked goods and meal offerings to the Twin Cities,” said Paul Durigon, CEO of Restaurant Development Partners, which is helping manage Tim Horton’s expansion to Minnesota. “We look forward to growing the Tim Hortons brand for many years to come.” Tim Hortons will be located on the second level at MOA.
The Mall of America location should open in November, while additional locales in Dinkytown in Brooklyn Park are next on the docket. No date has been announced for those openings.
