Graze 4 Good
Did you miss out on Cochon 555? There's still a chance to taste the culinary work of winner, chef Jorge Guzman at an event. Graze 4 Good is coming up at Surly Brewing. cooking alongside Guzman will be an all star line up including: Steven Brown, of Tilia and St. Genevieve; Doug Flicker of Piccolo and Sandcastle; Landon Schoenefeld of Nighthawks and Haute Dish; Christina Nguyen of Hola Arepa and Katy Gerdes of Angel Food Bakery. The dinner will raise money for Minneapolis' Fourth Generation Fund and its 2016 grantmaking focus: Mental health needs in the Twin Cities.
The evening kicks off with a VIP tasting with exclusive dishes with a Surly selection. Grazing for everyone will follow with two Surly beers included in the ticket price. There will also be a silent auction to help raise funds.

Guest Chef's at Upton 43's Chef Table
Opening a brand new restaurant for dinner and brunch wasn't enough for chef Erick Harcey. (All the while, also running his other restaurant, Victory 44.) Harcey also launched a special chef's table dining experience inside the new Linden Hills spot. Now, he's stretching his creativity again by inviting some chef friends to come cook with him at those tables. First up, Michelle Gayer, the James Beard Award nominated owner of The Salty Tart will stop by the kitchen on March 18 to throw down on some tasty dishes for just a few lucky guests. Then on March 25, Doug Flicker of Piccolo and Sandcastle (and the above event - the guy is everywhere) will stop by to dazzle guests with his brand of culinary magic tricks.
