Chef Geoff Hausmann, the former Travalian who now works his magic on all things meaty is bringing his pop-up shop Pork & Pickle to St. Genevieve. He will be showing handmade sausages inside Steven Brown's casual French restaurant on March 16th. Stop by for a beer (yes, they have those at the buvette), nosh on samples from Hausmann’s to-die-for charcuterie plate and take some Pork & Pickle sausages home.

Hausmann is still searching for the perfect brick and mortar forever home for Pork & Pickle (He's seeking investors, if you've got deep pockets and love a perfect head cheese!) For now, the only way to stock up on his amazing meaty creations is to catch one of these pop ups.
