The festival of brown booze, Whiskey on Ice returns to Minneapolis' Depot this April 10. Everybody's favorite spirit will be on site in full force including tastings, cocktails, rare bottles available in a silent auction and over 200 whiskeys from around the world.
In addition to all the drinking there will be plenty of graze upon (no whiskey on an empty stomach), water stations and this year there will be several master classes available open to about 50 people each.
Plus, there's a Ron Burgundy approved cigar and whiskey cocktail lounge on site that will have Ashton Cigars and cocktails made by some of the better known drink shakers from around the Twin Cities.
And, if after all that you're craving a beer, Surly has partnered with the event and will pour some of its rarest bottles. Tickets are $85 for general admission, $125 for VIP access and the classes are $25 each. Full details and tickets can be found here.
