Feast Your Eyes On The Handsome Hog

Chef Justin Sutherland has long been at work creating a Southern-inspired menu for the newest restaurant to open in St. Paul's Lowertown neighborhood. The Handsome Hog is owner Carol March's second restaurant, she also owns nearby Public Kitchen and Bar that also faces Mears Park. We've already learned a bit about the menu (including finger licking chicken and waffles and oxtail that is tender as a teardrop) and the beguiling bourbon-heavy bar program and today is the great unveiling.
