Twins baseball is back and once again, there's no reason to settle on a mediocre hot dog or light beer. At Target Field there are plenty of great options if you know where to look. Whether you're looking for local brews, hamburgers commingling with pork belly, or delightfully meat-free eats, there is plenty to enjoy at Target Field.

AZ Canteen

As the celebrity chef says, "If it looks good, eat it." Everything looks good at this food truck's counter, including the crispy pork belly with spicy slaw and a Korean fried chicken sandwich. The cucumber mint lemonade with optional vodka. [Section 119]

Kramarczuck's

It's no wonder this Northeast restaurant was honored with a James Beard Award for being a cujlassic. The times may change, but the sausages remain as snappy, juicy and perfectly seasoned as ever. Digging into one while watching the Twins take the field is just about our definition of a perfect Minneapolis day. [Section 112, 117, and 312, Delta SKY 360, Legends Club]

Izzy's Ice Cream

We don't care if it's sun, rain or snow: if it's game day, there better be ice cream. No one scoops up the creamy decadence quite like the inventors of the Izzy scoop (that's a tiny, extra ice cream scoop that crowns each order.) [Section 114]

Hot Indian

Another food truck that has taken the city by storm, Hot Indian serves those wonderfully spicy bites it built a reputation on inside the stadium. The vegan galoo will win over even the most ardent of meat lovers. [Section 120]

Red Cow

The 60/40 burger (that's a burger with bacon ground into the patty with cheese and more bacon on top) is one of the most popular menu items at the three restaurant locations and it tastes even better at the ballgame. [Section 126]
