Rooftop season is right around the corner, and to celebrate, Libertine and Lift Bridge Brewing Company have collaborated on a summary brew, Mango Blonde. Come taste the new beer along with other favorites on Libertine’s rooftop deck. Lift Bridge’s brewmaster, Matt Hall will be on hand so ask him anything. The man knows beer.
Market Bar-B-Que is 70 Years Young
The Polski family have been running Market Bar-B-Que since 1946, proudly satisfying Twin Citians’ ‘que cravings for 70 years. To commemorate their milestone birthday, the family-owned restaurant is taking their smoky goodness to the masses with a shiny new food truck. Join the family and their many fans at the Market Bar-B-Que Food Truck Grand Opening this weekend at Fulton Brewery. Summer worthy menu items like ribs, barbecue chicken, pulled pork and brisket will be paired with a special Fulton brew specifically crafted for the occasion.
Dangerous Man collaboration with Electric Fetus
Electric Fetus and Dangerous Man have teamed up to create a limited beer to honor Record Store Day. Yes, it’s a thing. The Organic IPA will be available at the Dangerous Man’s taproom starting this Friday, or stop by at Electric Fetus Saturday during Record Store Day to pick up a vinyl or two. Then bring your receipt back to Dangerous Man for a buck off a pint of the exclusive brew while supplies last. The limited release only lasted a few days last year. You have been warned.

Three words: Free ice cream
Sweet Science is at it again, giving away free ice cream like it’s going out of style. Try over 15 of their mad flavors, including seasonal April flavors Stout Oat Crunch and Roasted Banana.
The event takes place at 11 Wells Spirits in St. Paul, where you can also sample any of 11 Wells’ spirits. Because nothing goes better with roasted bananas than vodka. In spite of the massive amounts of alcohol present, this is a family-friendly event.
Happy anniversary Bad Weather
Yay, another excuse for a party! Bad Weather is throwing themselves a birthday bash at their taproom with over 18 beers and you are invited. Their special anniversary beer Baril Du Pluie, an oak aged Belgian Tripel infused with cranberries, will be released on tap and in limited 750 bottles.

It’s tax day. You might need a cocktail. FireLake Grill House & Cocktail Bar would like to ease your pain, or at least muddle it a bit, with a $10.40 menu. Get it? 1040?
