Happy Beer Day!
On April 7, 1933, the prohibition of 3.2% beer sales in the United States was repealed. The passage of this bill is celebrated yearly as National Beer Day. Summit is celebrating this life-altering event with the Summit Speakeasy Party. The bash will include music by Mississippi Hot Club, swing dancing, the premiere of Team Brews Series beer Blind Tiger India Rye Brown Ale and an appearance by 2016 Repeal Day Poster artist Michael Jacobsen.
Food truck Filius Blue will provide nibbles and there will even be 1919 Root Beer on tap for the young and young at heart. Come dressed in your most dapper attire to win prizes in the Roarin' 20s attire contest.
