Spitz, the Mediterranean street food joint hailing from the West Coast, will softly open Saturday, May 14, serving their full menu alongside a range of craft beers and house sangrias. They’ll welcome guests with open arms from 11 AM to 10 PM. The staff is going through training for the next two weeks, so while some kinks may occur – we Minnesotans should know how to play nice.
