Tori Ramen

Our predictions proved correct, Tori Ramen is hard at work on reshaping a former barbecue shop just off of Selby Avenue at 161 North Victoria Street in St. Paul. Now, we can eagerly follow the construction and wait for an opening date.

Tori Ramen is the entirely non-GMO ramen restaurant from Jason Dorweiler (formerly the general manager at Unideli) and Asiya Persaud. The soup inside whatever storefront they land in will be dedicated to laboriously-crafted stocks created with only the most earth-friendly fare and surprisingly no pork. An Indiegogo campaign raised over $2,000 towards the investment goal.
