Blackeye Roasting Co. Opens Chicago Avenue Location This Friday

You no longer have to venture into the skyway maze to get your nitro fix.

Blackeye Roasting Co., a Twin Cities-based purveyor specializing in cold brew coffee, is opening a new location at 3740 Chicago Avenue in Minneapolis. The 30-seat shop will feature 10 tap lines of beverages, including Blackeye’s groundbreaking nitro cold brew coffee, horchata, Prohibition Kombucha, non-alcoholic cocktails inspired by Bittercube and draft cocktails. The café will feature Clover® brewed coffee, batch coffee and a full line of espresso drinks.

The cold brew is available in cans or on tap at various locations, including Whole Foods, Quixotic Cafe and Lucid Brewery. Customers can also take home a refillable growler.

The new shop will softly open this Friday.
