Bauhaus Anniversary of Awesöme Party

Bauhaus Brew Labs celebrates their second anniversary on July 16 with music, entertainment Duffel, Nooky Jones and Haus Band Viva Knievel will provide the jams while trucks

aTRU PIZZA, Brooks High Beer Battered, and The MidNord Empanada Truck will feed the crowds. Get there early and pick up one of 99 limited edition, 22 oz. steins. The take-home mugs will be for sale on a first come, first serve basis for $10 with first fill, and $5 for each additional fill.

Eat Local Farm Tour

Do you know where your food comes from? The Twin Citie’s Food Co-ops are sponsoring Eat Local Farm Tour in an effort to showcase local farms. Explore local farms through self-guided farm visits that will include children’s activities. The event on Saturday, July 16, is free and includes 29 farms in Minnesota and Wisconsin.

All Pints North Summer Brew Fest 2016

The 5th annual All Pints North Summer Brew Fest will feature members of the Minnesota Craft Brewers Guild plus a few national craft brands, all showcasing their wares at Duluth's Bayfront Festival Park on July 23. Meet the brewers and enjoy unlimited craft beer samples from over 100 breweries. Food vendors and food trucks will be on hand, along with a long line up of entertainment. Come drink, nosh and learn something on the shores of Lake Superior.


Can't get to Aruba this summer? We feel your pain. Instead, spend July 23rd immersed in Caribbean culture at Carifest. Head over to West River Parkway for some island cuisine like roti, jerk chicken, fish, curry, channa and lots more. There will be festive music and even a carnival costume parade. How about a sno cone made with fruity syrup and condensed milk? It's a thing and it is good.

Hi Lo's Wonderland

This year, East Lake's Open Streets event on July 24 will include newcomer Hi Lo's Wonderland, a celebration of all things throw-back.

The event will include music, classic cars, games and a pie eating contest (because nothing says 'Merica like stuffing your face). Hi-Lo, along with Blue Door Pub and Indeed Brewing will serve good ol’ American fare like Blucys and brews. So rev up the Chevy and put in some Chuck Berry, we're heading to the sock hop people.
