Lu's Sandwiches Celebrates Opening with Banh Mi Giveaway

Lu’s Sandwiches’ new location in Northeast will officially open for business on July 8. The new eatery will serve banh mi, noodles and rice bowls along with spring and egg rolls to hungry lunch crowds eager for more new stuff in the area. It's the first opening of three restaurants on the Eat Street stretch of Minneapolis' Nicollet Avenue that are opening second outposts in Northeast.
