Ryan Burnet’s CRISP & GREEN will open its second location, this time in the former Sapor space in the North Loop, on March 9. The health-conscious fast casual eatery, focusing on seasonal salads, soups, and grain bowls, will utilize a newly launched app that allows diners to place a customized order on their phone, pay, and pick up, all without the lines. The app will be available for download from the Apple App store and Google Play.
The menu, which has garnered a following in its first location in Wayzata, includes smoothies, Agua Frescas and locally brewed Prohibition kombucha on tap. Organic and local products are used as often as possible in the varied menu, which also includes a craft-your-own situation with bowls of greens or grains. Top with your choice of protein and tons of toppings like cage-free egg, Jones Farm bacon or even tangy kimchi.
“We have been overwhelmed with support for our brand and we are incredibly excited to share our version of a healthy lifestyle with our friends in the North Loop,” said Burnet in a press release announcing the opening. Burnet is also the force behind a handful of successful restaurants like Bar La Grassa, Burch, Barrio and East Side.
Another bonus in the saturated North Loop neighborhood: dedicated parking spots. Just look for the green signs on the side of the building. This newest addition to the Burnet empire opens at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday.
