In this year we've said goodbye to neighborhood institutions, restaurants that changed the dining landscape and several eateries that somehow seemed like they would always be around. We'll miss that perfect burger and the bacon powder fries at Victory 44. The smooth elbow rests and the dark bar inside the original Red's Savoy. There will always be memories of that first locally source meal at Lucia's or the hangover demolishing breakfasts and bloodies at Triple Rock.
Here's a moment to pause and say thank you for the memories to all of these restaurants and those that helped make them live.
