In Bloom, the wood-fire fueled restaurant from chef Thomas Boemer is expanding its hours to include lunch starting Monday October 29. The massive restaurant space is the work of Boemer and his business partner Nick Rancone, both of whom also operate Revival Minneapolis and St. Paul, Revival Smoked Meats and Corner Table. The new restaurant opened September 24 inside St. Paul’s new food hall Keg & Case in the West 7th neighborhood. In Bloom serves an array of game meat including a massive venison leg, game bird, tons of room vegetables, foraged mushrooms and some langostines just for good measure.

The lunch menu is a dialed back version of dinner including grilled lettuce hearts, Waygu beef, cockles, tartare and a venison mortadella sandwich. Prices hover in the midteens for entrees.

In Bloom acts as the anchor restaurant in the new food hall/retail hub. The amphitheater style seating all allows views of the massive 20 foot hearth where all food here is prepared.
