A sure sign that Minneapolis is firmly on the culinary map is the influx of celebrity chefs making certain to stop in the city for upcoming press tours. Over the next couple of months Nordic powerhouse Nordic chef Mangus Nilsson will be dropping by the American Swedish Institute, Ina Garten will drop by the State Theater pimping her 11th cookbook, and Daniela Soto-Innes will close out Spoon and Stable’s 2018 Synergy Series of dinners. Here’s how to nap tickets and how much these celebrity sightings will set you back.

Ina Garten, The Barefoot Contessa at the State Theater

Cost: $53.50/ $63.50/ $79.50

It’s the final celebrity chef dinner of the year and Daniela Soto-Innes is winging in from NYC
Synergy Series [Official]

What: Gavin Kaysen’s continually tony fundraiser dinners at his flagship Spoon and Stable will close out the year with a dinner from New York’s famed Daniela Soto-Innes. Soto-Innes is the chef de cuisine at Cosme, and was instrumental in creating Atla. She has racked up awards like Eater NY’s Restaurant of the Year in 2015 and the James Beard Rising Star Chef award last year. According to her bio, “she believes that the simplest food can inspire the most imagination and makes her dishes meaningful by ‘finding the secret life in each ingredient.’” Cool.
