Peace Coffee just opened its third location in downtown Minneapolis inside 901 Marquette Avenue, on the ground floor of the AT&T tower. The local coffee shop adds the new spot to two locations, ground floor and skyway, inside the Capella Tower at 225 South 6th Street. The new location is open 6 am to 4 pm Monday through Friday.
The menu includes coffee drinks along with Rishi tea, local ciders, treats from Patisserie 46 and Sift Gluten Free Bakery and a few other savory options.
The company is locally-based company that born between a partnership with Mexican growers and Institute for Agriculture and Trade Policy. Owned by Lee Wallace and Kent Pilakowski Peace Coffee sells fair trade beans in grocery stores and has one more coffee shop, called Peace Coffee Wonderland Park at 3262 Minnehaha Ave in Minneapolis.
