The soft-serve ice cream adorned with everything imaginable from bacon to sugary cereal to edible glitter are coming to downtown Stillwater this spring with the second location of MN Nice Cream. In proper Minnesota fashion, when the weather turns really dreary and the snow is up to your earlobes, it is time to think about ice cream. Mpls./St. Paul Magazine reports that the Northeast shop will open another in the former location of Wedge & Wheel cheese shop in downtown Stillwater. All the goodies are coming along and owner Katie Romanski promises scratch n’ sniff wallpaper.
The dazzling little shop with the cavalcade of add-ons began as a food truck before opening a storefront in the summer of 2018. It was an instant success with irresistible Instagram opportunities: great lighting, large white brick wall, snazzy wallpaper, neon signs and all kinds of other cuteness.
