Gavin Kaysen, the two-time James Beard Award winning chef behind Spoon and Stable and Bellecour opens up reservations for his third restaurant this morning at 10 a.m. Demi is a limited seating, tasting-course restaurant that will have two dinner options of elegant and opulent artistry in the North Loop. The Barrington dinner option is 2 hours for $95 and the W.C. Whitney experience expands to 2 1⁄2 hours at $125. Both names are actually nods to the building. Each come with optional beverage pairings at an additional cost. Dinner will be served at Demi Wednesday through Sunday.
Alongside Kaysen, will be Spoon and Stable’s former chef de cuisine Adam Ritter and general manager Tristan Pitre will oversee hospitality.
Reservations will be available exclusively through TOCK. There is a phone number for the restaurant, but no reservations can be made person-to-person.
The first dinner will be served on Friday February 15. After this first release, reservations will always open at noon on the first of the month for the next 30 to 31 days.
