One Last Week to Get Wood-Fired Bagels in Uptown

Adam Eaton’s neighborhood restaurant Meyvn to close on April 21

At the corner of Bryant and Lake in Uptown, Adam Eaton and the brilliant team at Meyvn are stoking the wood-fired oven for one last nine-day run of their Montreal-style bagels, sandwiches, and much-lauded deli classics.

On Friday afternoon via Instagram, Meyvn announced their upcoming closing on April 21. This statement came on the heels of a number of changes and service adjustments for the restaurant: from the launch of daily three-course tasting menus in January to an expansion of Meyvn’s bagels to Kowalski’s bakeries, and an announcement just last week of an abrupt end to their dinner service.
