Troy Tindal, a prolific bartender in Twin Cities has died. He was 45 years old. Tindal worked at many cocktail-centric restaurants around the metro area including Prairie Alehouse, Red Stag Supperclub, The Hasty Tasty, Pimento Jamaican rum bar and many more. Tindal was widely known and beloved in the bartending community as someone always ready with a smart comment, deep knowledge of cocktail history, raspy laugh, and a song to pair with any occasion. He was a fixture at cocktail events, even when not working, supporting his friends in the industry.
Tindal was born in Bloomington and lived in Minneapolis. He is survived by his parents, brother, sister, nieces, nephews and many friends. Services will take place at Gill Brother’s chapel in Bloomington this Friday May 17 from 1 to 4 p.m.
