West 7th’s successful food hall Keg & Case is added a chorus of new vendors to its lineup. The hall, which opened in the fall of 2018 has plans for new food vendors and retail stalls to add it its already stellar lineup of chefs and businesses.
This expansion phase includes Bread and Boba from the owners of iPho, which will serve a selection of banh mí and bubble tea, but no pho. The small space doesn’t allow for room to make that signature dish.
Other new additions include an unnamed hummus stand that will serve vegetarian dishes, most likely ground garbanzo-centric.
Forest to Fork, the forager market that also grows mushrooms on site is adding Forest to Fork’s Urban Wok, to presumably served all the wild goodies available there.
Not entirely food-centric, but sort of adjacent will be a stand collaboration by local clothing designer Jeremy Sutherland and Matt Kenevan of The Growler and The Beer Dabbler. That stand will sell beer gear and a line of clothing Sutherland created for his brother, chef Justin Sutherland of Madison Restaurant Group and Top Chef season 16 fame.
The new lineup of stands inside the already bustling market include other relative newcomers Pimento Jamaican Kitchen and O’Cheeze. Founding stands include Revival, Sweet Science Ice Cream, Five Watt Coffee, Clutch Brewing, and anchor restaurant In Bloom, among others.
