Say so long to Delicata Pizza and howdy to Foxtrot Burger Spot in Como. The restaurant will still be operated by Matty O’Reilly, who also has Bar Brigade in Highland Park and Republic on the West Bank.
Astute tipsters had alerted us to the scrubbing of Delicata’s website and social media feeds earlier this month, but O’Reilly was mum on the changeover until yesterday when the news was made official on social media feeds.
The new menu includes greatest hits appetizers like cauliflower bites with optional Buffalo sauce, spinach and artichoke dip, wings, crispy Brussels sprouts, and tots.
The burgers are beef, but available with the vegan Beyond Burger option or turkey, and cute names. There’s the Como Colossus that sports something called whizbang sauce, and a Navin R. Johnson is, naturally, a jerk burger.
Foxtrot Burger Spot is open Wednesday through Monday, closed Tuesdays.
