Revival, the fried chicken sensation from chef Thomas Boemer and co-owner Nick Rancone, is now open inside the Texa-Tonka development in St. Louis Park. This new iteration serves the crispy fried chicken and Southern sides that made the original location in Minneapolis’ Kingfield neighborhood such a success.

The new restaurant sports a full bar with pre-batched cocktails like a spiked sweet tea and Old Fashioned, from beverage director Aynsley Jones.

Outside is an expansive patio area.

Following a recent trend, all of the Revival restaurants have done away with tipping and instead added a flat 20% fee to help the restaurant offset higher wages and benefits for all of its employees.

In addition to its new location and the original, Revival also has a St. Paul restaurant in Cathedral Hill. An offshoot, Revival Smoked Meats, which doesn’t serve the signature chicken, but instead focuses on barbecue, is in the process of relocating to 46th and Nicollet in Minneapolis.
