Jesse Held gets macho with the Camacho at Parlour. The drink is made with guajillo chile-infused Agavales Gold tequila, Dimmi Liquore di Milano, Salers Gentian, celery, cumin salt, and lime. ($12)
The North Loop restaurant has a number of signature cocktails with one being The Crystal Mary, a cocktail twist on the bloody mary. It is made with house-infused 9-chile vodka, bloody mary consomme, and garnished with pepper and olive. ($10)
A scoville is a unit of measurement of the pungency of chile peppers. The Scoville is a drink Marvel Bar makes with gin, Rhum Agricole (cane juice rum), lemon, ginger, kombucha, habanero-infused 151°, orange flower water, and distilled water. ($12)
