Kieran’s deserves praise for one of the most generous happy hours around: seven days a week, running from opening at 11 am until 6 pm.  Drink specials are simple: $2 off all drafts, house liquors, house wines, and signature cocktails.  For food, take $2 off the entire appetizer menu, which includes chicken shots tossed in a choice of sauce (try the honey whiskey glaze) and a hummus board with a trio of dips in the hues of the Irish flag.
