Is there anything more inviting than a freshly baked pie? Whether cooling on the windowsill or twirling in a diner display case, there is a lot of sweet nostalgia in a slice, or pie tin. Most Thursday, Friday, and Saturdays there are slices available, but check Instagram for availability. (Although, sometimes there is pie, like the lemon angel of tart lemon curd and a meringue crust that make all the waiting worth it.)
